The Glasgow Coma Scale: do it and do it right.
Abstract
Monitoring of GCS parameters is an essential part of the initial and ongoing assessment of patients with trauma. It is important that health care professionals recognize the limitations of the GCS and consistently and correctly apply the scoring criteria when assessing patients.
