Homegrown: CC interns take root.
Abstract
Gwinnett Health System. Lawrenceville, Ga., has successfully filled 15 vacant RN positions on two units with interns in critical care. This "grow your own" approach resulted in an ICU turnover rate of less than 15% per year.
