[Postgraduate training program for neurology].

Abstract

In order to establish neurology as a field of medical subspecialty in Japan, it is inevitable to make an authorized postgraduate training program and board system. It should concretely define essential levels required for clinical practice of neurology. Those who participate in the training should register to each of the authorized program. It is of great importance that we neurologists should share the concept of integrated postgraduate training system for neurology.
