A simple method for the classic tie-over dressing.

Abstract

The classic tie-over dressing is commonly used in skin graft applications. A simple, quick, cheap, and effective method, using a stopper, is presented. The advantages of the stopper include ease of use, speed of application, and the ability to replace the device if early inspection of the graft is desired.
