[Prognostic value of hearing function in ischemic stroke].
Abstract
The study of 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke has demonstrated that ischemic stroke is associated with central hypoacusis the symptoms of which are subjectively weak. It is suggested that development of neurosensory hypoacusis of the III-IV degree may serve a prognostic sign of a poor outcome of acute ischemic attack.
