Co-dependency. Assessment and recovery.
Abstract
Co-dependency involves a particular system of thinking, feeling, and behaving toward ourselves and others that often causes emotional pain and leads to low self-esteem. Co-dependent behaviors are self-destructive. A process of recovery from these self-defeating behaviors is discussed.
