Conflict. Developing resolution skills.
Abstract
Even though conflict diagnosis is an inexact process, the thoughtful critique of conflict experiences can result in a better understanding of issues, and help guide a more skilled and effective response. As with any skill, diagnosing conflict improves with use, and contributes to more effective human relationships.
