A technic for bone marrow imprints from postmortem specimens.
Abstract
A simple technic for making bone marrow imprints from postmortem specimens is described. The preparations are highly reproducible, retaining excellent cytologic detail with minimal cell distortion and can be used for evaluation of cellularity.
