The degree of Precarpathian rivers contamination by municipal sewage has been determined on the basis of ion content of water in the rivers. Regression equations were used in processing of the digital data. The status of municipal sewage systems can be characterized by the ratio of masses of average 24-hour contaminations getting into the river during the flood and lowest water periods.
