[Payr's capsuloplasty].
Abstract
Payr's capsuloplasty invented for the security of the suture of the renal pelvis is excellently suited for the covering of a tight suture of the renal pelvis which could not be achieved on account of particular conditions. Thus, in these cases postoperative urinary fistulae may be vastly avoided. In the department in 1,142 pyelotomies the capsuloplasty was applied up to now in 17 cases.
