The link between Euro-American medicine and Christian ways of thinking is essentially beyond doubt. Deviations from and tension between so-called mundane philosophy of health and disease and theological views ensure rather from bilateral non-communication and isolation. Christian thinking owes the world more profound and more up-to-date study of anthropological and biological problems. The philosophy of medicine needs also innovations and more convincing spiritual foundations.
