[Importance of mutations interfering with mouse development].
Abstract
In the mouse several point mutations and a great variety of chromosomal rearrangements are available. They all represent useful tools for experimental studies in developmental biology. This review provides, with the help of a few examples, an overview of the importance of the mouse for studies of the genetics of mammalian development.
