Stress management. Does it work?
Abstract
This article describes an approach to stress management using a case history format. Stress management is a method of helping that is useful both as an approach to overall patient management and as a desirable option for the practitioner. It is an effective way of involving people more in their own care and deserves much wider attention by practitioners.
