A performance-based clinical achievement program.
Abstract
A performance-based incentive plan demonstrates staff competence and objectively evaluates the standards used in the clinical achievement program. The position statement/performance evaluation consists of seven nursing standards; scoring guidelines measure each nurse's achievements and ensure equity.
