[Drug-induced icterus].
Abstract
From the clinical point of view, the classification of drug-induced liver damage into predictable, unpredictable and simulated, has proved useful (Popper and Greim 1973). Forms of jaundice can be predominantly cholestatic or predominantly hepatocellular and can closely imitate an obstructive syndrome or hepatitis. Mixed forms are also frequent.
