Do the write thing: writing the clinically focused article.

Abstract

Writing is both passion and pain. However, the pain can be easily modified with a better understanding of the writing process. With structure, a little know-how, and a lot of desire, eager nurse practitioners can soon write their first manuscript. The purpose of this article is to encourage pediatric nurse practitioners to write articles that pertain to their areas of clinical expertise. Examples are used to detail the writing process from idea formation to publication.
