[The dynamics of the nonspecific immunity indices during the lymphotropic therapy of children with acute pyelonephritis].

The comparison of the effect obtained in children with primary acute pyelonephritis treated with lymphotropic ampiox plus lidase against oral or intramuscular ampiox showed more rapid induction of clinical remission and more pronounced tendency to normalization of immunological indices in the patients on lymphotropic ampiox. In addition, the lymphotropic route made it possible to decrease the drug dose and number of its injections which is of importance in pediatric practice. The above advantages say in favour of wide application of indirect lymphotropic therapy for pyelonephritis in children.

[Effectiveness of regional lymphotropic therapy in combined treatment of tuberculosis in adolescents].

Lymphotropic therapy was given to 32 adolescents with different forms of tuberculosis. In combined chemotherapy one of the antituberculous drugs (tubazide, kanamycin) was administered lymphotropically into pretracheal subcutaneous fat or into the axillary area on the affected side. Heparin served as a lymphostimulator. Lymphotropic therapy lasted from 1 to 3 months. The response came faster in patients on lymphotropic therapy.

[The antifungal and immunomodulating lymphotropic therapy of candidiasis of the oral mucosa].

Lymphotropic and endolymphatic therapy was carried out in 52 patients with candidiasis of the buccal mucosa. After preliminary injection of lidase, levorin was injected subcutaneously in the middle third of the shin to patients in a standing posture, after which a cuff with 45-50 mm Hg pressure was placed on the femur for 2-2.5 hours. Immunocorrector thymogen was injected in the submaxillary and chin lymph nodes. A course consisted of 5-6 sessions. The status of the buccal mucosa normalized after treatment. Contamination of the mucosa with yeast cells appreciably decreased, the content of substances with medium-molecular mass in the saliva reduced, and cellular and humoral immunity parameters normalized.

[Endolymphatic therapy and current detoxication methods in the treatment of peritonitis].

An original method of endolymphatic therapy with the stimulation of the lymph outflow was developed and used in 108 patients with peritonitis. The dynamics of intoxication parameters was studied during the endolymphatic therapy, indirect electrochemical oxidation of blood, photochemotherapy and traditional treatment. The method proposed has been found to be most efficient. The method of endolymphatic therapy with the lymph stimulation allowed lethality from peritonitis to be decreased to 7.4%.

[Lymphotropic therapy with trental in the treatment of chronic herpetic stomatitis].

Lymphotropic therapy with trental was administered to patients with chronic herpetic stomatitis. Trental was injected near the mastoid process after preinjection with lidase (total dose no more than 1 ml on each side, 6 sessions per course). The treatment normalized the immune status, clinical symptoms regressed sooner than after treatment with an antiviral agent bonafton, remissions were prolonged, and in 5 out of 18 patients no more relapses occurred.
