Faecalibacterium prausnitzii was isolated from Holstein calf feces. Species identity was confirmed by partial 16S rRNA gene sequencing and whole-genome sequencing. The draft genome consisted of 48 contigs totaling 3.01 Mb, with an N50 of 138,331 bp and a GC content of 56.53%.
We report the draft genome sequences of four Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum strains obtained from the NARO Genebank, Japan. Illumina MiSeq i100 sequencing generated 2 × 300 bp paired-end reads. The draft assemblies ranged from 5.67 to 5.86 Mb, with GC contents of 66.9%-67.0%.
We report the draft genome sequence of Staphylococcus epidermidis strain UMP2601 (2,469,061 bp, GC content of 32.03%) isolated from an environmental water sample. The organism was cultured on nutrient agar under aerobic conditions.
We report the draft genome sequences of a collection of 14 bacterial isolates obtained from the rhizosphere soil of bioenergy sorghum (Sorghum bicolor [L.] Moench). These isolates represent the genera Acidovorax, Nocardioides, Agrobacterium, Peribacillus, Caulobacter, Pseudomonas, Rhizobium, Sphingomonas, Priestia, Dyadobacter, Roseomonas, and Bacillus.
We report the draft genome sequence of Mammaliicoccus sciuri strain 30RR, isolated from the milk of a buffalo with clinical mastitis. The ~2.5 Mbp genome of strain 30RR was assembled into 40 contigs and comprises approximately 2,600 predicted genes, including two antimicrobial resistance genes and four biosynthetic gene clusters.
We report the draft genome sequence of Enterococcus casseliflavus MBBL_MP4, recovered from healthy bovine milk. The 3.45-Mbp genome assembly comprises 27 contigs and indicates low pathogenic potential, with no acquired antimicrobial resistance or known virulence genes. This genome provides a valuable resource for the genomic characterization of bovine-associated E. casseliflavus.
A draft genome sequence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from the milk of cattle in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is described in this report. The 7.24 Mb genome was sequenced using the Illumina NextSeq platform and found to encode 6,958 predicted coding sequences, including putative antibiotic resistance genes.
We report the draft genome sequence of Enterocloster clostridioformis strain EC-BI isolated from the feces of a healthy 2-week-old Jersey calf. The 5.52-Mb genome has a GC content of 49.03%, 98.75% completeness, and encodes 5,152 predicted coding sequences.
We present draft genome sequences for 12 fungal isolates, including two isolates each of Trichoderma, Exophiala, and Cladosporium, and one isolate each of Fusarium, Cladorrhinum, Epicoccum, Chaetomiaceae, Didymellaceae, and Pleosporales, from cyanobacteria-dominated biological soil crusts in the Sonoran Desert (Arizona, USA), sequenced on a NovaSeq 6000 at ≥40× coverage.

We report the draft genome sequences of three Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates recovered from Panamanian residents belonging to the Indo-Oceanic (Lineage 1) and West African (Lineage 5) lineages. These isolates exhibit various drug-resistance profiles, including rifampicin-resistant and multidrug-resistant phenotypes. This highlights the changing molecular epidemiology of tuberculosis in Central America.
We present the draft genome sequence of an Escherichia coli strain MTRBAS03, identified in a feed trough sample from a local dairy farm in Mymensingh City, Bangladesh. The genome spans 4,626,877 base pairs, 52 predicted antimicrobial resistance genes, 57 virulence genes, and a pathogenicity score of 0.977.
We describe the draft genomic sequences of 36 isolates of Campylobacter spp. from no-antibiotics-ever and conventionally raised broiler products, comprising 27 Campylobacter jejuni isolates and 9 Campylobacter coli isolates. The genomic features described in this report may facilitate our ability to develop strategies to control and eliminate Campylobacter during poultry production and processing.
Taiozyma onychis (syn. Wickerhamomyces onychis) is a rare opportunistic human fungal pathogen. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of T. onychis NCYC 4433, a fecal isolate from a 62-year-old female.
We report the draft genome sequence of SR50, the first cultivated member of the genus JdFR-22 within the Archaeoglobaceae family, which currently includes three genera with cultivated representatives. Isolated from a shallow hydrothermal vent off Saint-Paul Island, a strictly protected area, SR50 is able to grow lithoautotrophically by sulfate reduction.

Here, we report the draft genome sequence of strain SMT-MG31, isolated from mangrove sediment in Bangladesh, to support investigations into bioactive compound-producing bacteria from marine-associated ecosystems.
Cellvibrio sp. strain 25HG11W-0 is a freshwater agarolytic bacterium isolated from the Namyangcheon stream in the Republic of Korea. Here, we report the draft genome sequence of this bacterium, which harbors multiple putative agarase genes belonging to glycoside hydrolase (GH) families GH16, GH50, GH86, and GH117.
An anaerobic, thermophilic hydrogenogenic carbon monoxide (CO)-oxidizing Bacillota bacterium, 3446A, was isolated from freshwater pond sediments in Kyoto, Japan. The 3.11-Mbp draft genome sequence (guanine-cytosine content, 50.4%) encodes CODH-ECH genes, consistent with hydrogenogenic CO oxidation. Phylogenomic analysis suggests that Bacillota bacterium 3446A represents a novel genus-level lineage within the family Thermicanaceae.
