Retinal telangiectasis in adults: fluorescein angiographic findings and treatment by argon laser.
This article describes 3 cases of retinal telangiectasia, all presenting in middle age, affecting the macula. They have been investigated by means of fluorescein angiography and sucessfully treated by argon laser.

Fluorescent infra-red angiography of the fundus oculi using indocyanine green dye.
This article describes the infra-red fluorescent angiographic technique to study the choroidal circulation in normal and pathological conditions. The standard Zeiss fundus camera was modified to hold suitable excitation and barrier filters. The dye used was indocyanine green, which has been proved to be free from any untoward reaction and has less tendency to leak from the fenestrated choriocapillaris, unlike fluorescein. Results obtained in pathological conditions like temporal arteritis, choroidal naevus, malignant melanoma, and choroidal angiomas were better shown by this technique than by fluorescein angiography.

Retinal vascular changes in bull's eye maculopathy.
A case of maculopathy mimicking chloroquine toxicity without exposure to the drug is described. The peripheral retina showed sheathing and arterio-venous anastomosis with poor perfusion of the retinal circulation.

Annular choroidal sclerosis.
This is a case description of a rare fundus condition known as annular choriodal sclerosis. No more than four previous cases have so far been reported. In this article consideration is given to the pathogenesis of the disease and a possible familial link.

Anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy in Wegener's granulomatosis.
Is reported a case of Wegener's granulomatosis originally presenting with a clinical picture of temporal arteritis. The presentation included an arteritic anterior ischaemic optic neuropathy occurring with no demonstrable orbital inflammation. The treatment of these two systemic vasculitides is quite different, however, and this case emphasizes the importance of questioning the original diagnosis if the clinical course of the disease does not progress as anticipated.
