Erythema multiforme reaction to patch testing.
A young woman developed erythema multiforme in association with multiple patch test reactions. Sequential patch testing revealed 2 true positive reactions (colophony and fragrance mix), and was not associated with flare of erythema-multiforme-type lesions. The development of erythema multiforme should be included in the list of possible adverse reactions to patch testing, albeit a rare occurrence.

Keratoacanthoma arising within organoid naevi.
Two cases of keratoacanthoma arising within organoid naevi are presented. The possible aetiology of keratoacanthoma in relation to organoid naevi is discussed.

Speckled compound naevus.
We report a case of a localized speckled compound naevus arising within normally pigmented skin. Speckled melanocytic naevi are reviewed and the distinctive features of the case enumerated.

Digitate keratoses--a complication of etretinate used in the treatment of disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis.
We report a patient with disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) who developed digitate keratoses following treatment with etretinate. The aetiology of these digitate keratoses is discussed and their similarity to post irradiation conical keratoses (PICK) is highlighted.

Familial sarcoidosis: high ethnic prevalence.
We report three sisters of Irish extraction who all developed sarcoidosis. The cases emphasize both the familial and ethnic preponderance of sarcoidosis which has not been adequately emphasized in the dermatology literature.
