[Psychopharmacologic studies on the combined effect of alcohol and oxazepam on reactivity pattern. II. Subjective feeling and reaction behavior].
Psychopharmacological investigations of the subjective state of being and the reactivity pattern of a group of 14 probands show a good agreement with the alterations of performance reported in the first part of this publication and with the data on polarity profiles. In addition to a sedative effect the interaction of alcohol and oxazepam in the oxazepam trial results in dysphoric changes of mood and related significant alterations of polarity profiles. A correlation of the changes of performance and the alterations of the polarity profiles with the respective blood levels of alcohol and oxazepam could be demonstrated.
On the influence of Mobiletten on the effect of alcohol in the human. Second communication: influence on the efficiency under alcohol stress.
The influence of alcohol in combination with the preparation Mobiletten on the psycho-physical efficiency was studied in 15 probands by way of various test methods. Under alcohol and, at the same time, Mobiletten influence, the probands showed significantly less efficiency loss in regard to single test parameters than under alcohol without intake of the substance to be tested. The changes were noted in a comparison of the test results obtained at respective points of time as well as those obtained when the blood ethanol concentrations were practically identical. As a cause for these changes, above all the reduced increase rate of blood ethanol levels already described earlier (see 1st communication) was discussed. Any specific sobering effect of the preparation, however, could not be demonstrated.
Influence of Mobiletten on the effect of alcohol drinking in man. First communication: Influence on the pharmacokinetics of ethanol.
The interaction of the drug Mobiletten with the pharmacokinetics of ethanol was studied in 15 probands. In these experiments, the maximal ethanol concentrations in blood were found to be significantly decreased and delayed. The ethanol elimination remained unchanged. The uptake of Mobiletten resulted in a remarkable decrease of the urine volume. The quantitative determination of the ethanol content in the expired air by alcotest technique was not significantly affected.

[About the evaluation of forensic-toxicological results by mechanical data processing (author's transl)].
A system for documentation and data processing of forensic-toxicological results in the time between May 1. 1964 and December 31. 1972 is reported. The objective of this system is to have fast access to the stored information. The first part deals with the development of a code system. The second part presents results we have found. The main problem was finding code numbers for substances and their metabolites. This was done successfully.
