[Dynamics of the cellular and humoral immunity indices before and after closed commissurotomy].

The state of the cellular and humoral immunity was studied in patients with acquired valvular disease of rheumatic etiology who were subjected to closed commissurotomy. It was established that the patients whose postoperative course was complicated by a suppuration of the wound had low levels of T-lymphocytes, immunoglobulins in their peripheral blood in the postoperative period. A dramatic elevation of the content of immunoglobulins of all classes on the 7th day of the postoperative period is considered to be the evidence of the development of an infectious process.

[Microorganisms and man. Various characteristics of their coexistence at present].

Modern data of literature on microbial associations and their role in human health and diseases are presented. As pointed out in this work, the characteristic feature of the XX century is the emergence and the re-emergence of 36 new infections. The emergence of many infections is associated with such factors as the increased migration of the population, ecological environmental disasters, etc. Grounds for a new view on the etiology of a number of chronic somatic diseases are given. The task of preparation development for the immunoprophylaxis of 25-30 infections has been set by WHO as its target for the year 2025. Prospects of new approaches to the development of new generation vaccines against bacterial, viral and parasitic infections, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, virus hepatitides, malaria, etc., are shown.

[Independent medical processing enterprises as innovative organizational model for market of medical services].

In Russia, current stage of health care development is characterized by occurrence of various problems. Most of them are related to cooperation between participators of market of medical services. Different options are proposed to resolve cooperation problems embedded into medical services market with emphasis on development of ultimately different medical processing enterprise with brand-new organizational and functional structure. Its functioning is based on process management logistics. The company broad professional experience allows to implement above-mentioned managerial structure and make it function as well as claims positive perspectives of described option.
