[Pyeloureterostomy in necrosis of the ureter in a transplanted kidney with a low ureteral fissure].
Duplication of the urinary pathways of a transplanted kidney makes the localization of the ureteral defect and its repair more difficult. The authors describe difficulties associated with detection of the site where urine escapes and with restoration of the continuity of the urinary pathways by pyelopyeloureterostomy in a female patient with transplantation of a kidney with low fissure of the ureter.
