The area under the concentration-time curve of all-trans-retinoic acid is the most suitable pharmacokinetic correlate to the embryotoxicity of this retinoid in the rat.

Earlier studies with etretinate and its metabolite acitretin suggested that area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) is the most suitable pharmacokinetic correlate to etretinate-induced teratogenesis. In an attempt to test this hypothesis with respect to the embryotoxic effects of all-trans-retinoic acid (all-trans-RA), we determined the embryotoxicity and plasma pharmacokinetics of all-trans-RA and its metabolites following administration of all-trans-RA to Wistar rats on Gestational Day (GD) 9, either subcutaneously (sc; dose levels 1, 3, or 5 mg/kg body mass) or orally (po; 5 mg/kg body mass). The 5 mg/kg dose of all-trans-RA was not embryotoxic when administered orally but led to high rates of embryolethality and skeletal defects following sc treatment. Determination of retinoids by HPLC showed that all-trans-RA reached similar maximum plasma concentrations (C(max)) after both dosing regimens, but its plasma AUC was ca. threefold higher after sc injection than po administration due to the slower uptake rate of the drug and its limited detoxification via beta-glucuronidation following sc injection. Furthermore, retinoid analysis in rat tissues (liver, kidney, duodenum, and jejunum), collected 1 hr after sc or po administration of 5 mg all-trans-RA/kg body mass on GD 9, confirmed that formation of all-trans-retinoyl-beta-glucuronide was much more extensive after po than after sc administration. Finally, linear regression analysis of either C(max). or AUC values of all-trans-RA in rat plasma and fetal abnormality rates showed that AUC values are better correlated with the embryotoxic outcome than C(max) [AUC-based correlation coefficient (r) > 0.90; C(max)-based r < 0.43]. Our findings establish the relevance of the AUC of all-trans-RA, and not its C(max), as the most appropriate pharmacokinetic marker of embryonic exposure and embryotoxic potency of all-trans-RA and stress the importance of the duration of exposure as a major determinant of embryotoxic outcome for retinoids.

Postnatal development and behaviour of Wistar rats after prenatal toluene exposure.

Pregnant Wistar rats were treated with different concentrations of toluene by inhalation (300, 600, 1000 and 1200 ppm) from day 9 to day 21 of pregnancy for 6 h a day in a whole-body inhalation chamber (controls inhaled fresh air only). From day 22, rats were kept single-caged and were allowed to deliver. Besides a detailed evaluation of the physical development of the offspring we performed the following tests: forelimb-grasp reflex, righting reflex, cliff-drop aversion reflex, maintainance of balance on a rotating rod, measurement of locomotor activity and learning ability in a discrimination learning test. A toluene exposure of 1200 ppm resulted in a reduced body weight of rat dams and offspring and a higher mortality until weaning. The physical development (incisor eruption, eye opening and vaginal opening) was retarded in this group. There were no clear-cut and concentration-dependent differences in the development of reflexes, rota rod performance and locomotor activity between the offspring of animals exposed to toluene and the controls. Likewise, no effects were found on learning ability in the operant conditioning task. Compared to the controls there were no differences in mating, fertility and pregnancy indexes in the F1-generation. The tests performed have provided no evidence that toluene exposures < or = 1200 ppm induce adverse effects on the behaviour of rat offspring exposed during late embryonic and fetal development.

Role of prostate-specific antigen velocity in prediction of final pathologic stage in men with localized prostate cancer.

OBJECTIVES: Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) velocity prior to radical retropubic prostatectomy was evaluated to determine if men with a faster rate of rise in PSA have locally more extensive prostate cancer. METHODS: Of 368 men who underwent radical retropubic prostatectomy, 82 had two to seven PSA measurements between 1.3 and 6.7 years before prostate biopsy for evaluation of PSA velocity. PSA velocity and the pretreatment parameters of PSA, Gleason score, and T stage were evaluated as predictive parameters of pathologic stage. RESULTS: In men with pathologically organ-confined disease, PSA velocity was 1.12 ng/mL/yr; in non-organ-confined cases, it was 1.88 ng/mL/yr. There was a statistically significant relationship between a Gleason score of 7 and above and the pathologic extent of disease. There was no statistically significant relationship between T stage, the PSA at diagnosis, and PSA velocity with respect to final pathologic stage. CONCLUSIONS: PSA velocity is not a strong predictor of pathologic stage in men with localized prostate cancer.

Keratin 17 gene expression during the murine hair cycle.

Keratin 17 (K17) expression is currently considered to be associated with hyperplastic or malignant growth of epithelial cells. The functions of this keratin in normal skin physiology and the regulation of its gene expression, however, are still unclear. As one possible approach to further explore K17 functions, we have studied the differential patterns of mouse K17 (MK17) transcription during the murine hair cycle by means of in situ hybridization, using a digoxigenin-labeled riboprobe. Cycling hair follicles in the skin of C57BL/6 mice were found to be the only skin structures expressing MK17 under physiologic conditions. MK17 transcripts were constantly observed throughout all hair cycle stages in the suprainfundibular outer root sheath (ORS). The MK17 expression was also evident in the isthmus part of the ORS, where it was expressed weakly and was spatially restricted during telogen, with an increase in early anagen and stable expression during mid- and late anagen, localizing to the zone of so-called trichilemmal keratinization. In addition, in early anagen, a group of epithelial cells in or next to the bulge region stained weakly for MK17. With progressing anagen development, MK17 expression in this region increased and was consistently localized to keratinocytes at the advancing front of the emerging epithelial hair bulb. In mid- and late anagen, this zone of MK17 expression spread along the proximal ORS, with a maximal level of expression in the innermost cell layer of the ORS. Overall, these findings provide data on the MK17 expression profile of normal murine skin and demonstrate hair-cycle-dependent regulation of MK17 expression.

2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCCD) affects keratin 1 and keratin 17 gene expression and differentially induces keratinization in hairless mouse skin.

The environmental pollutant 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) causes chloracne in humans by mechanisms that are as yet poorly understood. Because TCDD is known to affect keratinocyte differentiation in vitro, we have studied TCDD-dependent morphologic changes and the expression of murine keratin 1 (MK1; differentiation associated) and keratin 17 (MK17; presumably hyperproliferation associated) in HRS/J hr/hr hairless mouse skin. TCDD (0.2 microg in acetone) applied topically to the dorsal skin caused epidermal acanthosis and hyperkeratosis of the dermal cysts as well as an involution of the utricles and the sebaceous glands. By means of in situ hybridization with digoxigenin-labeled riboprobes of sections from untreated and vehicle (control)-treated skin, we localized MK1 mRNA to the epidermal spinous cell compartment. MK17 transcripts were detected only in the derivatives of the hair follicle-utricle epithelium and dermal cysts. No spatial overlap was observed between MK1 and MK17 expression. After TCDD application, MK17 was newly expressed in the upper spinous cell layers of the interfollicular epidermis, although it was suppressed in the involuting utricles. In contrast, MK1 expression in the interfollicular epidermis was not affected by TCDD. Furthermore, MK1 expression was induced in the epithelium of the utricle remnants and in some dermal cysts. These data suggest that increased keratinization of the part of the follicular epithelium corresponding to the dermal cyst epithelium of hairless mice most probably explains the pathogenesis of TCDD-induced chloracne. The results demonstrate, furthermore, that TCDD can differentially affect keratinocyte differentiation in vivo as well as in vitro.

Avoiding complications of radical retropubic prostatectomy.

During the past 15 years radical retropubic prostatectomy (RRP) has become the treatment of choice for localized prostate cancer. Before the 1980s the procedure was characterized by a significant number of intraoperative, postoperative and long-term complications. Since then the operation has evolved continuously, using the results from anatomical studies, and has resulted in a marked reduction in the morbidity and mortality associated with this procedure. The modern, anatomical approach to RRP emphasizes the principles of direct visualization and identification of the anatomical structures in the pelvis. Management of the dorsal vein complex and techniques for apical resection of the prostate, combined with improved understanding of the pelvic floor anatomy, have contributed to a reduced frequency of postoperative incontinence. The identification and localization of the "erectile nerves' (autonomic branches of the pelvic plexus to the corpora cavernosa) in the neurovascular bundles outside the prostatic capsule and Denonvilliers' fascia enables nerve-sparing surgery. In selected cases, sparing of the neurovascular bundles is possible to preserve sexual function without compromising cancer control as the principal goal of RRP.

All-trans-retinoyl-beta-glucuronide is a potent teratogen in the mouse because of extensive metabolism to all-trans-retinoic acid.

All-trans-retinoyl-beta-D-glucuronide (all-trans-RAG) is a water-soluble derivative of all-trans-retinoic acid (all-trans-RA) and has been characterized as an endogenous metabolite of vitamin A in rat bile and kidney. All-trans-RAG was previously demonstrated to be a major metabolite after application of all-trans-RA in several species (mouse, rat, rabbit, monkey); all-trans-RAG was described in these experiments to exhibit a very low placental transfer to the embryo. Because retinoid-like activity has been found after application of all-trans-RAG in vivo as well as in several in vitro systems, and because of its low placental transfer, this glycoconjugate appeared to be an interesting retinoid with possible therapeutic activity, but reduced teratogenicity. Here we investigated the teratogenic activity of all-trans-RAG in comparison to all-trans-RA in mice, and performed accompanying pharmacokinetic studies. Surprisingly, all-trans-RAG was more teratogenic than equimolar doses of all-trans-RA following subcutaneous application on day 11 of gestation in the mouse (20 mumol/kg body weight). Pharmacokinetic studies revealed that all-trans-RAG was extensively hydrolyzed to all-trans-RA and that the plasma area under the concentration-time curve (AUC) of all-trans-RA following all-trans-RAG application exceeded the plasma AUC value of all-trans-RA following application of all-trans-RA. Extensive hydrolysis of all-trans-RAG was also observed after intravenous application of this glycoconjugate. Transfer of all-trans-RAG to the embryo was low, but transfer was high to maternal organs such as the liver and kidney. These in vivo studies suggest that all-trans-RAG serves as a precursor of all-trans-RA by the intravenous and subcutaneous routes, and application of all-trans-RAG results in high and teratogenic in vivo exposure to all-trans-RA.

Down-regulation of adhesion receptors on cells of primate embryos as a probable mechanism of the teratogenic action of thalidomide.

In spite of ongoing speculation, there has been no evidence that adhesion receptors are expressed on the cells of mammalian embryos. In this report, we provide the first proof that a variety of such receptor (beta 1-, beta 2-, and beta 3-integrins and selectin) are indeed expressed on cells of essentially all primordia of marmoset embryos at early organogenesis (developmental stages 11 to 13, or even earlier). Treatment with low doses (20 or as little as 1 mg/kg body weight) of a highly teratogenic derivative (EM12) of thalidomide, the most notorious human teratogen, triggers a dramatic and statistically highly significant down-regulation of several surface adhesion receptors (e.g. CD11a/CD18, CD49d/CD29, CD61, etc.) on early limb bud cells and on cells of some other primordia during early organogenesis of embryos of a primate (marmoset, Callithrix jacchus). Some of these receptors almost disappear, or they are expressed at a lower epitope density in the exposed embryos. These down-regulations of surface adhesion receptors may be expected to alter cell-cell- and cell-extracellular matrix interactions, and they are suggested to be a long-sought primary mechanism of the teratogenic action of thalidomide-type substances.

Venous dissection injuries during laparoscopic urological surgery.

PURPOSE: The incidence of major venous dissection injuries during laparoscopic procedures is assessed and recommendations are made for management. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We evaluated our experience with all major intra-abdominal injuries occurring during 274 consecutive laparoscopic procedures performed within a 4-year period. Five patients (1.7%) had a total of 6 major vascular injuries, including gonadal vein avulsion in 1 case, lumbar vein avulsion in 1 and a tear in the inferior vena cava in 4. Two patients sustained inferior vena caval injuries during nephrectomy because of adhesions from previous surgery and 1 of them had 2 venacavotomies. RESULTS: All vascular injuries were venous and 5 of the 6 major vessel injuries were treated successfully endoscopically via intracorporeal suturing techniques. The injury requiring open repair was a gonadal vessel avulsion that occurred during retroperitoneal lymph node dissection early in our laparoscopic experience. Major vessel injuries were more likely to occur during complex laparoscopic procedures in patients who had undergone previous ipsilateral retroperitoneal surgery. CONCLUSIONS: In select situations new techniques can allow for safe endoscopic control and repair of venous injuries during laparoscopic surgery.

Angiocentric lymphoma of the kidney in the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.

Angiocentric lymphoma, which is the malignant counterpart of angiocentric immunoproliferative lesions, comprises a rare group of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas of T-cell origin. It is characterized by marked invasion and destruction of small vessels by lymphomatoid cells, predominantly in the lungs. The prognosis is poor and many patients die within several months. To our knowledge primary involvement of the genitourinary tract has not been previously reported. We report a case of a solitary primary angiocentric lymphoma of the kidney in a patient with the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome. Therapy consisted of nephrectomy without adjuvant treatment. Histological characteristics as well as diagnostic and therapeutic options are discussed.

Effects of recombinant human interleukin 6 (rhIL-6) in marmosets (Callithrix jacchus). 1. General toxicity and hematological changes.

The physiological and toxicological properties of recombinant human interleukin 6 (rhIL-6) were assessed in marmoset monkeys (Callithrix jacchus). Two experimental series were performed with daily subcutaneous administration: (a) 5 or 1000 micrograms rhIL-6/kg per day for three weeks and (b) 25, 100 or 500 micrograms rhIL-6/kg per day for 3 months. RhIL-6 was well tolerated and did not induce fever or any other non-specific signs of toxicity. The main findings were: (1) A two- to threefold increase in platelet counts at 2-4 weeks, which decreased following further continuous rhIL-6 administration; (2) increase in total white blood cells between 1 and 4 weeks of administration, including an absolute increase in granulocytes (including band forms) and basophils. A change in the number of monocytes was not detected; (3) an increase in total red blood cells, which peaked at 4 weeks, sustained elevation of red cell distribution width and a slight decrease in hemoglobin between week 1 and 4, concurrent with a distinct decrease in mean corpuscular hemoglobin at 4 weeks. This effect persisted for 9 weeks in the 100 micrograms/kg and 500 micrograms/kg groups; (4) decrease in plasma AST activity and increase in plasma protein concentration after 2 weeks of treatment; (5) no clinical or biochemical signs of renal glomerular dysfunction; (6) RhIL-6 after s.c. administration was detectable in the plasma, peak levels (mean values +/- SD) of 9.4 +/- 6.3 and 72.4 +/- 7.7 ng/ml were measured after a single dose of 100 or 1000 micrograms/kg; (7) antibodies against rhIL-6 developed within 2 weeks, increased during administration and neutralized the biological effect of rhIL-6 progressively from 4 to 9 weeks. In conclusion, aside from a mild anemia, rhIL-6 was well tolerated in marmosets and had a profound and sustained effect on thrombopoiesis. Due to the formation of neutralizing antibodies, the chronic biological effect of rhIL-6 is lost in marmosets and studies beyond 4 weeks are rendered less meaningful. The analyses of antibody formation, induction of acute phase proteins, histological changes and alterations on lymphocyte receptors will be reported in two following publications.

Toxicity of beta-blockers in a rat whole embryo culture: concentration-response relationships and tissue concentrations.

Beta-adrenoceptor blockers are widely used drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Since beta-blockers cross the placenta, it is essential to consider possible adverse effects on the embryo. Six beta-adrenoceptor blockers were tested at various concentrations (10-5000 microM) in a rat whole embryo culture. Although inducing a very similar pattern of dysmorphogenetic effects (incomplete flexure, disturbed development of the neural tube, the head, the heart and the tail bud), the compounds exhibited a wide range of embryotoxic potency. Estimation of the EC50 (median-concentration producing dysmorphogenesis in 50% of the embryos) for the six compounds revealed differences of more than two orders of magnitude: propranolol 25 microM, alprenolol 30 microM, metoprolol 100 microM, pindolol 150 microM, acebutolol 500 microM, atenolol 4000 microM. Measurements of the concentrations of the various drugs in the cultured embryos at corresponding EC50 levels showed differing values: metoprolol 4.5 microM, propranolol 5.2 microM, alprenolol 8.4 microM, pindolol 9.0 microM, acebutolol 12.5 microM and atenolol 77.0 microM. With regard to the EC50 and the degree of substance transfer to the embryo it can be stated that propranolol and metoprolol show a much higher intrinsic potency to interfere with normal in vitro embryonic development than, e.g. atenolol.

Peri- and postnatal exposure to 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin: effects on physiological development, reflexes, locomotor activity and learning behaviour in Wistar rats.

Effects of 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) on the development of rat offspring were studied after administration of a loading dose of 300 or 1000 ng TCDD/kg body wt on day 19 of pregnancy, followed by weekly maintenance doses of 120 or 400 ng TCDD/kg body wt. The dose regimens led to a fluctuation of average TCDD concentrations in the liver of the offspring of 4.9-14.9 ng/g (TCDD1000/400 group) or 1.4-6.3 ng/g (TCDD300/120 group) during the course of the experiment. In both TCDD-exposed groups the body weight of the offspring was significantly lower on postnatal day 7 (PND 7); in the high dose group from PND 7 to PND 31. Some landmarks of postnatal development were retarded in the exposed groups; in particular, the vaginal opening was delayed for several days in both TCDD-exposed groups. The TCDD-exposed animals revealed a reduced ability to remain on a rotating rod. During reflex testing, the rate of successfully responding animals was higher in the exposed groups. No statistically significant differences in the locomotor activity between controls and TCDD-exposed offspring were detectable under our experimental conditions. In a discrimination learning test no effects on the learning ability were found. However, TCDD-exposed offspring showed an increase in unanswered trials during critical phases of the task. They also exhibited increased locomotor activity in a novel environment; prior to an amphetamine challenge dose of 1 mg/kg body weight. Amphetamine-induced activity was decreased in a dose-dependent manner.

Time-dependent differences in the development of somites of four different mouse strains.

In studies on reproductive toxicity and especially teratogenicity, animals are often treated at defined stages of pregnancy. As a result the exposure to a certain teratogen can lead to striking differences in the formation of abnormalities in different strains of the same species. As a contribution to the discussion about the reasons for these differences, we examined the somite development of four different strains of mice during organogenesis. The embryos of pregnant females of the inbred strains DBA/2J, BALB/cJ, and C57BL/6J and of the outbred strain Han:NMRI were studied on days 9, 10, 11, or 12 of gestation. As a criterion for development the somite pairs were evaluated on the respective days. There were remarkable differences in the somite number, even within one litter. The largest variation (minimum vs. maximum) was 14 pairs of somites. The regression curves did not exhibit major differences in the speed of somite development from day 9 to day 12 between the four strains. We have to conclude from our results that the individual embryonic stages within one litter may vary by nearly 1 day, and that there may be a delay of half a day in the embryonic development between different strains of mice.

Abnormal thymus development and impaired function of the immune system in rats after prenatal exposure to aciclovir.

Aciclovir (synonym: acyclovir) causes abnormal thymus development in rats. After treatment on day 10 of gestation a weight reduction of the organ is obvious in 21-day-old fetuses which persists postnatally. Adult male rats exposed in utero to one or three injections of 100 mg aciclovir/kg body wt given to the dam on day 10 of pregnancy showed a reduction of the thymus weight to 333 +/- 158 mg and 276 +/- 61 mg (control: 428 +/- 92 mg; n = 10). Corresponding alterations were detectable in female offspring. Liver weight was also decreased and spleen weight (in relation to body wt) was significantly increased in the offspring after the three exposures. In a host resistance model with Trichinella spiralis the function of the immune system of rats prenatally exposed to aciclovir was examined. Six weeks postnatally 10-12 randomly selected male rat offspring of one control and two treatment groups (1 or 3 injections of 100 mg aciclovir/kg body wt on day 10 of gestation) were infected orally with 500 Trichinella spiralis muscle larvae. Before and several times after the infection blood was taken from a tail vein or obtained by decapitation for examination of the antibody titers (IgM, IgG, IgA, IgE) to antigens of T. spiralis. Six weeks after the infection the weight of relevant organs was determined and tongue preparations were used for T. spiralis muscle larvae counting. Aciclovir exposed animals showed a different immune response than control rats. IgM titers in both treatment groups were higher than in controls two weeks after the infection but not different by the end of the experiment.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)

Effects of a single haloperidol application to neonatal and early postnatal rats on the neurotransmitter content in the corpus striatum.

We investigated the influence of the dopamine antagonist haloperidol on the neurotransmitter content in the developing rat brain. Dopamine (DA), serotonin (5-HT) and the corresponding metabolites dopac, HVA and HIAA were determined in the corpus striatum of the rat between day 1 and day 21 pn by HPLC with electro-chemical detection. A consistent increase in the content of dopamine was found during postnatal development. The concentrations (ng/g wet tissue; mean +/- standard deviation) increased from 793 +/- 237 on day 1 pn to 4584 +/- 581 on day 21 pn, but remained still lower than in adult animals (9763 +/- 494). Similar results were found for the metabolites dopac and HVA. The content of dopac increased from 59 +/- 22 (day 1 pn) to 551 +/- 59 (day 21 pn) and the content of HVA from 53 +/- 18 (day 1 pn) to 419 +/- 41 (day 21 pn). Both metabolites were also about two times lower than in adult animals (dopac 1090 +/- 282, HVA 744 +/- 206). In contrast to dopamine and its metabolites we found no age-dependent changes in the content of 5-HT from day 1 pn (99 +/- 11) to day 14 pn (121 +/- 21). A remarkable increase in the content of 5-HT was seen from day 14 pn to day 21 pn (438 +/- 56), reaching almost adult levels (570 +/- 92). The metabolite HIAA was nearly three times higher on day 21 pn (610 +/- 123) than on day 14 pn (223 +/- 28) and two times higher than in adults (321 +/- 58).(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)

Effect of supplementation with folinic acid, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12 on valproic acid-induced teratogenesis in mice.

The effect of administration of folinic acid, vitamin B6 + vitamin B12, and their combination on valproic acid (VPA)-induced teratogenesis was studied in NMRI mice. VPA (500 mg/kg, sc) was injected on Day 8 of gestation and the vitamins (two dose levels) were injected ip 1 hr before, immediately before, and 1 hr after VPA administration. Folinic acid significantly reduced VPA-induced resorptions (21-24%), and palate, rib, and sternebral malformations. Exencephaly and spina bifida occulta were also reduced (14 and 40%, respectively), but the difference was not statistically significant. On the other hand, vitamin B6 + vitamin B12 significantly reduced VPA-induced exencephaly (23%), spina bifida occulta (80%), palate and rib malformations, kidney abnormalities, and fetal weight retardation. A combination of the three vitamins was effective in reducing VPA-induced exencephaly (23-30%), spina bifida occulta (60%), and palate and rib malformations. The protection against VPA-induced malformations was not complete and was not always dose related, and the reduction in exencephaly rate was only significant in the absence of a reduction in resorption rate. Full-length cleft palate, sternebral malformations, and retarded sternebral and caudal ossification were, however, increased by the high dose of combined vitamin administration. The present study supports the view that VPA-induced teratogenesis may be mediated via an interaction with folate metabolism. Although folinic acid and vitamin B6 + vitamin B12 can effectively reduce VPA malformations, the protection was not complete, which may suggest the involvement of other factors. Furthermore, the dose levels should be carefully chosen since high doses of the combined vitamins can actually increase the incidence of certain defects.

AIDS education on the college campus: Roy's adaptation model directs inquiry.

We assessed the beliefs of 49 college students regarding the acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), condom use, and sexual behaviors related to AIDS prevention. Roy's modes of self-concept, interdependence, and role function were used as a framework to find psychosocial determinants that influence safer sex practices. Interdependence was measured by a sexual regard scale. Beliefs regarding both AIDS beliefs and condom were very positive. Students were selectively using safer sex practices; most reported avoiding high-risk partners, but only 39% were using condoms. No significant associations were found among the four independent measures of AIDS beliefs, condom beliefs, self-esteem, and sexual regard or with the dependent measure, AIDS safer sex practices. A two-hour safer sex educational module did change several beliefs but did not increase safer sex practices. Most participating students stated they had a good understanding of how AIDS was spread, they knew how to use condoms correctly, and they discussed AIDS with friends and parents.
