Abstract

Supervisory Safety Training is one very important aspect of a complete safety effort. If done efficiently, it enables the supervisor to understand and fulfill his/her vital role as the company's front line safety representative to the workforce. However, in order to do this job effectively, a great deal of careful planning must precede the development of the training program used.
