Nonoxynol-9 harmful, should not be used in condoms, lube.

This chemical is still used in condoms and lubricants to kill HIV--although it has been shown to actually increase HIV infection. Rectal use may be particularly harmful. A new report from the World Health Organization summarizes the evidence and makes recommendations.
