[Infection in bone surgery].
Abstract
After surgical interventions carried out in the bone different occurrence of infections in various institutes has been observed, - the infections are in general more infrequent in the specialized institutes and departments. In the authors' opinion, - besides the general asepsis the special conditions of work and the working tools play important role in the prevention of infections. In the indication of surgical intervention in the bone the surgeon must have self-criticism, - this may lead to the reduction of infections. Several data have shown that all interventions are not allowed everywhere and always.
