A new phosphorylation method for the nucleotide synthesis.
Abstract
Reaction of mild phosphorylating agents, such as phosphorochloridates or p-nitrophenyl phosphates, and metal alkoxides of nucleosides provides a new entry to nucleoside phosphates. This method has been applied to the dinucleotide synthesis.
