[Congenital lower lip sinuses].
Abstract
Congenital lower sinuses are rare and are found often in association with cleft lip and/or palate, named Van der Woude syndrome. Although the condition per se does not always require surgical attention, its genetic character is interesting. Four cases of congenital sinuses are described and recent literature is reviewed.
