Abstract

Following a recent review of the efficiency and direction of this publication, the Society's board directed that a summary of an evaluation completed by the Publication Committee be made available to the entire membership. For new members, this is an explanation of this publication's purpose and form; for all members, this is an open accounting and request for comments.
