Quality problem solving, decision making, type theory, and case managers, Part II.

Abstract

Temperament style is one way for case managers and those with whom they interact to examine theirs strengths and liabilities and to improve individual and group problem solving, decision making, and team effectiveness. Part I examined components of decision making, personality theory, and described the major cognitive types. This article will provide the results of a study of case manager's types and discuss the implications of typewatching to delegation, team building/groups, negotiation, and problem solving.
