We report a case of leiomyosarcoma arising in smooth muscle of scrotum (Dartros muscle). Morphological findings are similar to leiomyosarcomas in other sites. Because of deep location of smooth muscle in scrotal skin, scrotal leiomyosarcomas are deep located tumors lacking the indolent course described in pure dermal leiomyosarcoma.

Three cases of malignant hystiocytosis in infants are reported. Two of them are medullary hystiocytic reticulosis and the other one familial erytrophagocytic lymphohystiocytosis. Clinical and pathological differences and similarities between both entities are discussed. Our experience sustains the hypothesis that RHM and LEF are two forms of a same disease.
We evaluated 119 male patients for infertility and/or prostatitis. Transabdominal sonography of the seminal vesicles was performed and transverse sections were used to measure the height and breadth. A correlation was established with the characteristics of the semen, the volume of semen being related directly to the size of the vesicles. Male patients with semen abnormalities had seminal vesicles of greater diameters than those with normal semen. When patients with prostatitis are eliminated from this group the difference is insignificant.
