[Trypsin concentration by ultrafiltration].
Abstract
Criteria for the selection of membranes and optimal conditions for the trypsin concentration by ultrafiltration through acetylcellulose membranes have been developed. The possibility of a repeated concentration of trypsin by means of these membrances has been shown.
